2. Buy in bulk and Pay upfront for a year's worth of protein so you can skip the grocery store

To reserve your bulk beef or pork, a non-refundable deposit is taken in the Spring. Once your animal goes in for Fall butchering, we will calculate the remaining balance based on the hanging weight of your animal and the respective prices-per-pound below.
