Bulk Pork
For pork orders you will need to fill out the form below!
Please note, our butcher Cloverbelt Country Meats has implemented some new policies as of 2024:
- Sausages are only available for Whole Hog orders
-Apple Spice and pepperoni available upon special request
- You will receive fewer 1Lb ground pork packages in your order if you choose to have a batch of sausages made
- Any extra lard must be specifically requested to be included in your order
- Cheeks are unavailable to request
- Once you are notified that your order is ready for pickup, you will have 5 days to get it. Anything not picked up until after the 5 days will have a charge for storage of $5 per box per week.
whole or half beef
For beef orders you will need to fill out the form below!
Please note, our butcher Cloverbelt Country Meats has implemented some new policies as of 2024:
- Quarter beef orders will be standard cut and are not customizable (see next form)
- If organs are requested, an additional flat rate fee will be added to your cost of cutting and wrapping
-Cheeks are unavailable to request
- Once you are notified that your order is ready for pickup, you will have 5 days to get it. Anything not picked up until after the 5 days will have a charge for storage of $5 per box per week.
Quarter Beef Orders
