When getting your pork processed by Hubers, this is the cut list you'll fill out!
2026 Fees are as follows:
$1.15/lb cut/wrap
$50 slaughter fee per pig ( $25 if you're getting half a pig)
$50/leg for smoking ham
$50/side for bacon smoking/cutting
$140 flat rate/ batch of sausages (20Lbs min per batch)
Add cheese to sausage for extra $30 per batch.
No option to keep organs.
